Elmira was born in Kazakhstan, where her grandmother imparted on her the art of sewing. This early introduction to craftsmanship sparked Elmira's passion for design. She is a graduate of fashion design at Almaty Technological University. After college she traveled the world working on a cruise ship which exposed her to diverse cultures, fashion landscapes and fabric traditions. In 2020, she pursued her dream of coming to America to launch her fashion brand. She lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with her husband and son. In her free time she enjoys painting, jewelry making and cooking.

In 2020, Elmira set her sights on America, determined to realize her dream of becoming a fashion designer. Now, she eagerly anticipates collaborating with the Philadelphia Fashion Incubator, embracing the city's unique blend of beauty, excitement, fashion, and resilience as she embarks on this thrilling new chapter of her career.
